Ordering

What payment methods are available?

We offer the following options for secure payment on our website:

- Credit Card

- PayPal

Payment via cash on delivery, on account or with a check is not possible.

Can I cancel my order?

We completely get it, we change our minds too! While we wish could, once an order is placed, we are unable to alter or cancel it at this time. We hope to have a cancellation window one day in the future.

Should the item(s) not work out, make sure to exchange for a preferred style or return for a refund.

Shipping

What is the shipping policy?

Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email letting you know that our fulfillment team has received your order. Once your order is fulfilled, you will receive an email notification with your tracking information. Shipping fees are non-refundable in the case of returns.

What countries do you ship to?

We ship within Europe only.

How long does it take to get my order?

The delivery takes on average 4 to 5 working days, depending on your country.

What are the shipping costs?

For the launch of our shop we offer you the shipping costs!

Returns & Exchanges

How do I return my order?

If you don't like an item or it doesn't fit, it's easy to return it. All you have to do is to register your return in your customer account and, if eligible, you will receive a return label or further instructions. If you wish to exchange it for another size, simply add a note while requesting the return.

You have 14 days after receiving your order to send it back to us complete and in the original box. All packages have to be sent to the warehouse of the company:

Do not forget to stamp your deposit documents and to keep it until we proceed to the refund or the exchange of your shoes.

Please make sure that the item is in good condition to be resold.
We reserve the right to inspect your shipment and reject it if necessary.

In our role as an online retailer, we are very aware of our responsibility towards the environment. For this reason, we try to reduce unnecessary shipments and trust our customers on this point. So if you are unsure about the colour or size selection or something similar, we are happy to advise you in detail, so that you get a pair completely to your liking and avoidable returns are absent.

What are the return shipping costs?

Return shipping costs are free provided that you respect the 14 days withdrawal period and send back the order using the return label received from us.
